Hey,
After installing my rear swaybar ive noticed that there is a banging noise which i presume is the swaybar striking against something back there. Ive had a look and there are a few marks on the swaybar:
- From the bolts through the parallel links (LHS and RHS)
- The bolt through the connecting rod (RHS)
- The poly LHS D-bush has cracked also.
The car is a Nissan NX Coupe and the swaybar fitted is the BNR13 fixed Whiteline swaybar with 71716A and 70085 Whiteline springs.
Im wondering if any (or all of these) are likely candidates for the noise. Ive heard that it also could be a spring not seated correctly, but the springs have been in a lot longer than the swaybar. There are pics of it all up at http://members.iinet.net.au/~aspiers/swaybar/
Thanks
