Guys
Was wondering what can be done to tidy up the handling of current model Maxima - nice and comfortable at cruisy speeds but all goes a bit pear shaped, soft, squishy and understeery when speeds increase. Can I sharpen handling and response without toally sacrificing comfort?

Hi Cam,

Seems your describing the classic handling qualities of the production car. With your requirements of minimal impact on comfort and to sharpen the handling/response, the best solution would be in a larger rear anti-roll bar if not a front and rear set.

These additions are "the best bang for your buck" to your car in terms of handling balance and response. The larger anti-roll bar (ARB) will also have smaller impact on the ride comfort as opposed to other changes. We've had customers which have been very specific about not sacrificing the ride qualities in there cars, and the fitment of larger ARB's has stayed within theyre comfort.

The only listing we currently have for maxima is up to a 95 model (J30 Sedan), Im not entirely sure if this would still fit with the current model. If you give us a call we can get you more info on what can be worked out.
