Whiteline Shocks for Civic HB

A friend of mine is trying to sell me some Whiteline shocks for a civic hb and when I went to research them I couldn't find anything about them. Are Whiteline shocks comparable to say buddy club n+? And how much did the Whiteline shocks retail for?

We stopped sale of shock absorbers quite a few years ago now so I don't have any specs on what these shocks may have been and I am unable to compare as we have no details on the Buddy Club shocks either.
