Link Kit washer/spacer arrangement

I recently got this link kit for a VX Calais Series 1 with ball joints on each end. The origianls keep bending. Each kit comes with 2 washers and a black washer/spacer. I know the washers should go infront of each bolt, but where should the black washer/spacer go ?
