I am curious what the differences are between the KTA108 and KTA109 whiteline adjustable lateral links outside of length. If there is any. If any vendor could pull both of them out and eyeball it I'd really appericate it.
I was given the KTA109 for my car and I have a wagon so it should be kta108.
The location and angle of the sway bar mount was in the same location and the the knuckle shares a part number between the sedan and wagon.
I started torquing everything down and the long bolt for the lateral link bent. I did not have the car on the ground while doing this so perhaps that was the issue.
However there appears to be some issues with the bushings that might prevent this from working properly.
Notice how the bushing is squeezing out of the back side towards the knuckle.

This is because the sleeve inside the bushing is to short to allow metal to metal contact between it and the knuckle with out seriously compressing the bushing
