JZA-80 Supra upper control arm bushes

Can anyone help me.
I'm about to buy some whiteline stuff and was wondering if anyone knows which upper control arm bushes to use as there are 2 types.
1. 4 x 20mm?
2. 8 x 38mm?
I've been told i can use both, it depends on what i want. But if i don't know what each set does and their differences then i won't get either.

There are two types of bushes used on your car. You must measure the housing of your original bushes.

Use either 20mm OR 38mm.
