I'm currently running AST Sportline 1 coilovers with 5k/3k springs front and rear. I'm under the impression that these are somewhat related to the Group 4 coilovers once offered by Whiteline. My question is what swaybars does Whiteline suggest that I run with these coilovers at these spring rates. Their ALK will be an addition as well.

Hi,
Thanks for your interest in Whiteline products.
If you are using the AST coil overs with the spring rates that you have mentioned i would asume that you do some weekend circuit racing/sprints in this vehicle.
We have tried a combination of different sway bar sizes on this model and i would be inclined to steer towards the 24mm front and rear if weekend racing is your thing.
The only difference is our circuit spec coilovers used a 4.0Kg/mm rear spring rate instead of the 3.0Kg/mm that you sugested.
Hope this helps you out.
Cheers,
Dave.

What suspension geometry would you suggest with this setup for daily driving?
