Hey guys,

I have found it extremly hard to find lowered springs for a 1987 camry. I wanted to go 2" all round. I managed to find 2" whiteline for the rear but the guy that i bought em off told me they dont make for the front. which is pretty useless.

I think i might even go 1.5" at the front and 2" at the back but i wanted to keep it even.

any ideas or opinions?

cheers

King Springs make springs for your car. www.kingsprings.com.au

I found the model for the lows (~30mm drop):

Front - KTFL-53
Rear - KTRL-86

There might be superlows (~50mm) available if you contact them.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we no longer stock springs to suit your vehicle, however, you are able to purchase the front springs to match your rears through our alternate spring supplier (Dobinsons springs). The part that you will require for the SV20-22 Front is #DC59116. The retail price for this part number is $135.00.
These can be ordered through our web store at the address below.

I hope this helps you

Thanks for the reply guys

I have just one more question could one of the whiteline staff confirm with me the size of the rear springs that i have purchased
part no c90-28803 how much will it actually drop because i was led to believe it was a 2" drop but i called whiteline and they told me between 20-40mm if that the case then i will have no problems matching the rear with the front pair that Wayne has quoted me.

And also this pair for the rear is it suited from my car? 1987 sv21 camry sedan.

And finally Wayne are the springs that you meantioned still whiteline springs? because i was told not to mix springs and stick to the same all round. If they are the same then i will definatly buy them.

Thanks again guys
Dave

Hello,

The springs that you have # 28803, are correct for a Toyota Camry SV21 sedan rear, they should drop the vehicle approximately 25 - 30mm.
The spring part number that I quoted you before are from our alternate spring supplier (Dobinsons springs), so they are not a Whiteline spring design, but they should work well with the springs that you already have.

Hello,

Unfortunately the springs that you have # 28803, are only good for the rear of SV20-22 camrys, they do not fit onto any other vehicles that we are aware of.
