The car is a 1989 BMW E34. Looking underneath the car today and the rear swaybar bracket looks like it's going to break off. It started getting like this, I mean bending towards the ground after I installed your 22mm rear adjustable swaybar. This is the drivers side and the other side is the same, although not as bad. I think I need some reinforced and larger brackets. Can you make me some larger D bushes,if I were to source some brackets for you. I would then need a shop to weld them on for me. What would you do guys in this situation?

Hi BigKriss,
I'm not sure what is actually broken, or going to brake off. I can't see clearly in your photo, but it looks like that the front tab of the saddle bracket is not inserted into the slot in the cross-member mounting bracket. This would in fact place a bending force onto the saddle bracket, causing it to break.
Can you check that the saddle bracket has been correctly installed please, with the tab ingaged inside the slot?
If you do find that your original saddle bracket are broken or cracked, then you'll need to source new original brackets as we do not have replacement brackets for your car.
Regards,
Wojtek.

Thanks for your quick reply Wojtek. The standard bracket is indeed install correctly with the tab engaged in the slot. I think I need to weld the metal part that holds the bracket were the screw nut and bolt goes, the other side of the tab on the bracket. It is cracking there.

Kristian
