How will rake (difference between front and rear ride height) affect handling?

The main effect of changing rake is roll axis, which alters individual roll centres, which alter roll resistance and weight transfer at each end, which alter the understeer / oversteer balance of the car, which will...etc, etc.... :-)

So increasing rear ride height will decrease rear roll resistance, and decrease oversteer/increase understeer? Or is it the opposite?
