I've very recently found this forum and thought it would be a good place to ask my question. I purchased a 24mm adjustable front swaybar for my '85 model RX-7 that arrived quite quickly which i was happy about, but looking at the kit, couldn't see any model specific instructions. There's instructions on the back but they're pretty cryptic and don't really tell you anything. I've never fitted 1 of these adjustable whiteline bars to an RX-7 so i'm a little confused. Basically, i need some sort of orientation on how everything goes together, and also, which way do i adjust it to make it softer and stiffer? Any help would be greatly appreciated so i can fit and enjoy it!

Hi Lukus,

The bar in question if my memory serves me correctly is an adjustable 24mm bar with 3 settings ranges from 23-27mm.

The softest setting, approx. equivalent to a 23mm bar is achieved by selecting the end hole on the bar with the anti-roll bar link (the hole furthest from the bar towards the rear of the car), hardest setting of 27mm would be selected by using the closest hole to the bar (to the front of the car).

I believe this kit may come with replacement links and mountings to match the larger ARB. Im not too familiar with the Mazda setup, so I won't try to give you any misleading information with installations, although I dont beleive it is to far from a direct replacement. Im sure someone will get to you very shortly with the installation information.

I may still have a picture of one installed if you'd like it?

Edit: Found them.

Cheers Lukus, That clears a few things up Mr Genius also had some pics. The main thing i wasnt sure about was where the bracket bolts thru the lower control arm ( thought i may have been missing some washers or spacers) but it appears to bolt straight to it.
