are the non adjustable sway bars designed (for the car in the guide on your website) to slightly understeer, oversteer or is there no setting ?

Hi mattk,
That's a very general question, as it depends on individual car and the location of the swaybar in question, and the combination of swaybars available and used.
In simple terms, all of our swaybars are designed to be stiffer then the standard units. So all else being equal, upgrading front swaybar will increase understeer or reduce oversteer, while replacing a rear swaybar will result in the opposite.
If fitting both front and rear upgraded swaybar, then the outcome will depend on the original balance of the car and the difference between front and rear resultant roll resistance increase measured at the wheel.
Let us know if you have a specific question that we can help you with.
Regards,
Wojtek.

more specifically i am wondering how aggressive the non adjustable sway bar is. for example for an EG CIVIC hatch, would it be worth paying extra for the adjustable swaybar if the non adjustable sway bar is still quite moderate compared to a medium to stiff setting on an adjustable sway bar.
to put it another way, is the non adjustable swaybar equivalent to an adjustable sway bar in its middle/intermediate setting
